How does GERMKLEEN™ work?
Unlike traditional sanitizers that kill bacteria by poison or high alcohol content, GERMKLEEN™ is a food-safe, water-based surface sanitizer applied as a mist then allowed to dry.
Once dry after approximately 10 minutes, GERMKLEEN™ resembles a bed of microscopic pins that attract, pierce and kill pathogens. The same principle as a pin popping a balloon, in the same manner, that the burst balloon cannot be reformed, neither can the pathogens – this means NO resistance and NO superbugs!

How do I apply GERMKLEEN™?
Around the home, just follow the instructions on the label: apply GERMKLEEN™via a trigger pack and allow approximately 10 minutes for drying.
For commercial/technical applications, industry-specific written protocols are recommended and are provided as required.
Are there any Test Results for GERMKLEEN™?
Yes! GERMKLEEN™ has been tested and cleared is the USA by the FDA, EPA, and CDC!
Can you prove GERMKLEEN™ works – in the field?
When quick (15 seconds) efficacy tests are required, we take swabs (before and after treatment) from the surface and measure them via an ATP device. ATP is a globally accepted method of testing for pathogenic presence and is commonly used by QA personnel in all major food and beverage production facilities.
Is GERMKLEEN™ ‘toxic’ or can I use it around my children?
All products have a ‘toxicity’ level – including water. In the case of GERMKLEEN™, it has a ‘toxicity rating’ similar to that of Vitamin C, so yes –GERMKLEEN™ can be safely used around people, pets and plants alike.
Are there other GERMKLEEN™‘ products?
Yes. In addition to the surface protectant, there is GERMKLEEN™ Skin Protector – and as its name implies, our skin protector provides maximum skin protection for 24 hours with just one application.

How do I use the GERMKLEEN™ Skin Shield ?
Spray our skin shield directly on to the hands & skin until the are is moistened. Rub the area to dry.
Will GERMKLEEN™ discolor my clothes?
No. GERMKLEEN™ is a liquid that is invisible on application. It forms an antimicrobial barrier on the skin and will not stain clothing nor discolor the skin.
Will GERMKLEEN™ wash or rub off?
No. GERMKLEEN™ does not rub off and will remain active on the skin’s surface for 24 hours. Normal washing of the hands and drying with a towel will not affect efficacy.
How will my hands feel once I have applied GERMKLEEN™ Skin Shield?
On application, the hands feel silky and moisturized without leaving a visible film or coating. A single application of our product will act like a glove, providing an invisible bond to the skin for 24 hours without the need for reapplication.
Should I apply GERMKLEEN™ Skin Shield more than once a day?
No. But after 24 hours, sufficient exfoliation has occurred and enough skin shed to warrant reapplication.
Will GERMKLEEN™ Skin Shield dry my hands and cause chapped skin?
No. Unlike other skin sanitizers that contain up to 70% alcohol and chap the hands and dry the skin, GERMKLEEN™ is a mild but effective formulation. On application, our product leaves hands & skin soft and moisturized.
When GERMKLEEN™ is applied to the hands will it allow the skin to function normally (eg. produce its own oil and sweat)?
Yes. GERMKLEEN™ does not inhibit the normal function of the skin. The antimicrobial layer produced by the application of GERMKLEEN™ which bonds to the skin is permeable to gases and allows the skin to “breath” normally.
Has GERMKLEEN™ Skin Shield been tested on a variety of skin types?
Yes. Dermatest in Germany has tested GERMKLEEN™ on a variety of skin types (older people, young people, fair-skinned and dark-skinned people, etc) – with zero reactions recorded.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the nature of products that we are selling we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. This helps ensure that contamination of our products does not occur. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at germkleeninfo@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Once we determine that you are eligible for a refund or exchange we will email with instructions to send in your defective items.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
